Pricing

Connectivity is free on both marketplaces.

Operators working with The Greek Local or Cyprus Bucket List pay nothing for connectivity, because the company that operates RezRoute also operates both marketplaces and carries the cost. This page sets out what that covers, what it does not, and what would have to happen before it changed.

The arrangement

The same terms on both marketplaces.

Operators with The Greek Local

No charge for connectivity

If your tours are listed with The Greek Local, connecting them to a sales channel costs nothing. The condition is the listing itself: the arrangement applies to products held by that marketplace, because that marketplace pays for the connection on your behalf.

The commission The Greek Local charges on a booking is a separate matter, set out in your agreement with that marketplace. Connecting a sales channel does not change it.

Operators with Cyprus Bucket List

No charge for connectivity

The same arrangement applies in Cyprus. If your tours are listed with Cyprus Bucket List, connecting them to a sales channel costs nothing, and the marketplace carries the cost of the connection.

The commission that marketplace charges on a booking is a separate matter, set out in your agreement with it.

Why it is free

The reason is ownership, and it is worth saying plainly.

RezRoute is owned by DEMCYN LTD, the company behind Cyprus Bucket List, and it is the connectivity layer both The Greek Local and Cyprus Bucket List use. Each marketplace funds connectivity for its own operators, because the connection is part of what it offers them. That is the whole explanation, and it is why there is no price list here to compare.

Being honest about the limits of that: it is not a promise made forever. It is what the owning company chooses to fund today, and a charge could be introduced later. What we will not do is introduce one quietly. Any change is put in writing before it applies to a single booking, and it would never be applied to a booking already taken.

It is also not an introductory rate with a step-up built into it, and not a trial that expires on a date we have already picked. If either of those were true, this page would say so.

Commitment

Fee parity on the GetYourGuide Supplier API.

Parity is easy to promise and easy to break quietly, so it is written as a single sentence that can be held against us. If a channel-specific surcharge ever appears on an invoice, that is a breach of this page.

The same rule is why there is no channel-by-channel price list on this site. There is one connectivity arrangement per marketplace, and the channel a booking came from does not change it. See which channels are connected.

How money moves

Nothing a traveller pays passes through this service.

RezRoute does not hold customer money. A traveller pays the sales channel or the marketplace under the arrangements those parties already have with you, and payouts settle the way they settle today. RezRoute is not a payment service, not a merchant of record, and not a party to the booking contract.

This has a practical consequence. Because no money passes through the service, there is nothing for it to deduct a fee from. Anything owed for connectivity is invoiced, which means an operator can see it, question it, and reconcile it against their own records.

A connectivity fee is also not a marketplace commission. The commission is what a marketplace charges for selling a tour. The connectivity fee is what the connection itself costs. Because the service and the marketplaces are related, it is fair to ask whether the two charges are really separate: they are, they appear separately, and the terms for each are set out separately.

What we record about a booking, and what we do not do with it, is set out on the data use page.

The detail

What is charged, and what is not.

What the connectivity fee covers
Routing availability, reservation, booking and cancellation calls between a connected sales channel and the marketplace that holds your product, and the work of keeping that connection current when a channel changes its specification.
What it does not cover
Marketplace commission, payment processing, customer service on a booking, or anything a sales channel charges you directly under its own agreement with you.
How it is charged
By invoice from the operating company, separately from any booking payout.

Not sure which of the two arrangements applies to you?

Tell us where your tours are listed. We will confirm the arrangement, in writing, before anything is connected.
