Coverage

Channels, and exactly how far each one has got.

RezRoute connects the calendar you already keep to the channels below. This page is the one place channel status is recorded, so if a status is wrong here it is wrong everywhere, and if it is right here it is right everywhere.

Status last checked 2026-10-24. Maintained by hand, because a stale date is worse than no date.

Status

Where each channel stands today.

ChannelStatusCertification stageLast checked
GetYourGuideLiveCertified by GetYourGuide on 20 October 2026 (Supplier API live test passed); first supplier connected through self-mapping on 21 October 20262026-10-24

Status, certification stage and check date are stored once in the code and rendered wherever they appear, so a channel cannot be described as live on one page and planned on another.

Definitions

What each status word means, and what it does not.

Live
The channel has certified the integration and a supplier is connected through it in production. Certification on its own does not count.
Planned
The requirements are understood and written down, and development has not started. A planned channel may have a condition attached to it that we do not yet meet.
Not supported
There is no connection to this channel and none is being built. If you sell through it, you continue to manage it yourself, exactly as you do now.

We do not use the words certified, official, approved or partner for a status we do not hold. GetYourGuide certified this connection on 20 October 2026 after its Supplier API live test, and the first supplier was connected through self-mapping on 21 October 2026. Viator has not certified anything, because development has not started.

The one certification this service holds is OCTO Supplier and Reseller certification, described on the certification page. It is a conformance certification for the open standard, granted by OCTO's validator and not by any channel, and it is never presented as a channel's certification.

Not connected

Channels this service does not connect to today.

Every channel that is not in the table above is not supported. That is not a soft no or a roadmap hint: there is no connection, no work in progress, and nothing you can enable. The channels below are named because operators ask about them most often.

RezRoute also does not connect to third party reservation systems or channel managers, and it does not provide a booking widget for your own website. It carries availability and bookings between a marketplace calendar and a sales channel, and that is the whole of it.

Requests

How to ask for a channel.

Write to connectivity@rezroute.com with the five things listed opposite. Requests from channels themselves go to the same address.

We will tell you plainly whether the channel is worth building, and we will not open a build we cannot finish. A channel is added when enough operators want it to justify the work, when the channel is accepting new connectivity providers, and when its requirements can actually be met. Two of those three are outside our control.

Asking still counts even when the answer is no for now. Channel requests are how we decide what to build after GetYourGuide, and a request recorded against your name is more useful than a wish.

Include in the request

  1. 01The channel name, and the country or region you want to sell into.
  2. 02Which marketplace holds your products, The Greek Local or Cyprus Bucket List.
  3. 03Whether you already have an account and a signed contract with that channel, because most channels will not discuss connectivity until you do.
  4. 04How your products are priced: per person, per group, per vehicle, or tiered by party size. Some channels accept only one of those.
  5. 05How many products you would connect, and roughly how many departures a week they run.

Price

What connecting a channel costs.

Operators whose tours are listed with The Greek Local pay nothing for connectivity on any channel: no setup fee, no monthly fee, and no charge per booking. The condition is the listing, not a trial period, and it is worth stating the condition every time rather than saying the word free on its own.

The same arrangement applies in Cyprus: operators whose tours are listed with Cyprus Bucket List pay nothing for connectivity either, on the same terms and whichever channel a booking arrives through. The channel's own commission on the sale is set and collected by the channel, not by us. Full pricing.

Ownership

Tell us where your tours are listed and which channels you sell on.

We will tell you what is connectable today, what is not, and what the honest wait looks like for the rest.
