Connect
Start with one question.
There is no signup form here, and there is not going to be one. A connection is built on top of a calendar, and the calendars live in the marketplaces, so the first decision is simply which country your tours run in. This page asks that once, and says exactly where each answer goes.
The question
Which country do you operate in?
Where your tours actually run, rather than where your company is registered. Each country has its own marketplace, and that marketplace holds the calendar a sales channel reads. If you run tours in both countries, say so and your tours are routed to whichever marketplace holds each one.
Greece, and my tours are already listed with The Greek Local.
You are the only case where nothing has to be built first. Write with your tour names and the channels you want. Read the two checks below before you do, because the first of them decides whether your tours can be connected as they stand.
Write to us: connectivity@rezroute.com
Greece, but I am not listed with The Greek Local yet.
Connectivity is downstream of being listed. The calendar a channel reads is the one you keep in the The Greek Local operator portal, so becoming an operator there is the first step and this service follows it.
Ask to be put in touch: connectivity@rezroute.com
Cyprus.
Your tours are carried by Cyprus Bucket List, and the calendar you keep in its operator portal is what a sales channel reads. Write with your tour names and the channels you want.

Somewhere other than Greece or Cyprus.
RezRoute routes to two marketplaces and there is no plan for a third. If your tours are not sold through The Greek Local or Cyprus Bucket List, this service cannot carry your availability, because there is no calendar here for a channel to read. What you are looking for is a general-purpose reservation system, and any of them connects to GetYourGuide and Viator directly.
No address here on purpose. We would only be taking your details to tell you the same thing.
Before you write
Two things worth checking first.
Neither of these changes where you go. Both change whether a connection is possible at all, and it is better to know now than after an exchange of emails.
Channels
What you can actually be connected to today.
- GetYourGuideLive
Certified by GetYourGuide on 20 October 2026 (Supplier API live test passed); first supplier connected through self-mapping on 21 October 2026.
- ViatorPlanned
Not started. Viator requires five active engaged operators before development may begin.
GetYourGuide is live through this service. Viator is planned, and development has not started. Tell us which channels you want, and we will say plainly which stage each one is at.
What to put in the email
- 01The name your tours are listed under.
- 02Which tours you want connected, by name.
- 03Which channels you want them on.
- 04Whether you already sell those tours on GetYourGuide or Viator, and under which account.
- 05Whether the tours confirm instantly today, or whether you confirm them by hand.
What happens after you write
Somebody reads it and answers with one of two things: which of your tours can be connected as they stand, and what would have to change for the rest.
We do not publish a response time, because a number we cannot hold to is worse than no number.
If you are not an operator

A traveller who saw this name
Contact the channel that sold you the ticket, or the marketplace named on your confirmation. RezRoute holds no booking of yours.
