Who builds and operates this service.
RezRoute is owned by DEMCYN LTD, the company behind Cyprus Bucket List, and it routes for two tours marketplaces: The Greek Local in Greece and Cyprus Bucket List in Cyprus. That relationship is the first thing on this page, because it is the first thing a sales channel reviewer or a careful operator needs to know.
Ownership
The relationship, stated before anything else.
RezRoute exists because two marketplaces needed one way to answer a sales channel rather than two. Offering the connection to operators is a consequence of having built it. It is not a story arranged afterwards to explain a price.
The consequences of that ownership are set out where they matter: on the pricing page, which explains how connectivity is charged, and on the data use page, which sets out what the service does and does not do with the data it carries.
Scope
What the company does, and what it does not do.
Does
- Operates one API endpoint that sales channels call for availability, reservations, bookings and cancellations.
- Routes each call to the marketplace that holds the product, and answers from that marketplace's live calendar rather than from a copy.
- Maintains the integration as GetYourGuide and Viator change their specifications, and gives an operator the mapping information for their own products on request.
- Does the connection work on the operator's behalf, including product identifiers and the testing a channel requires before a product goes on sale.
- Holds OCTO Supplier and Reseller certification, both dated 2026-09-07 and each linked to its public verification page from the certification page.
Does not
- Sell tours. This is not a marketplace, and it has no travellers of its own.
- Hold customer money, process payments, or act as a party to the booking contract.
- Provide a reservation system, a dashboard, a second calendar, manifests or a point of sale.
- Describe itself as independent of the marketplaces it routes for, because it is not.

This is the entity that signs with a sales channel, invoices an operator where a fee applies, and is answerable if something goes wrong. Every field in it is checked by somebody: a partnership reviewer verifies that a real company stands behind a connectivity service, and an operator verifies who is invoicing them.

Accountability

Aurimas Songaila is accountable for the service. He is the named technical contact for connectivity (GetYourGuide and OCTO), the commercial and partnership contact, and the named contact for data protection questions. That is a named contact, not a formally appointed data protection officer. Every one of those questions goes to connectivity@rezroute.com.
There are no photographs and no founding story on this page, because neither would tell you anything you could check.

Claims
Things this site will not say until they are true.
- No operator, booking or volume figures are published.
- No customer logos, testimonials, case studies or review badges. The two OCTO certification badges are the only marks shown, and each links to its public verification page.
- No official partner or approved status with GetYourGuide or Viator. The accurate description today is: certified by GetYourGuide on 20 October 2026 after its Supplier API live test passed, with Viator planned.
- No SOC 2, ISO 27001 or PCI DSS certification. None of the three is held.
- No measured uptime, latency or error rate figures. Where a number appears on this site it is a target, and it is labelled as a target.
A connectivity service caught overstating its integrations loses the channel relationship and the operators in the same week. The technical detail is on the reliability and security pages, where every figure is either a target or a measurement, and is labelled as one or the other.
