Connectivity for tour operators in Cyprus

This page describes how connectivity works for operators in Cyprus. Cyprus Bucket List has been a booking platform since 16 September 2026, and its first operator is connected to GetYourGuide through this service.

Last updated 24 October 2026

What it costs

Nothing, on the same terms as Greece.

Operators routed through Cyprus Bucket List pay nothing for connectivity, on the same terms as operators working with The Greek Local. The company that operates RezRoute operates both marketplaces and carries the cost of the connection in each.

That is what is true today rather than a promise for all time. A charge could be introduced later, and if it ever is, it would be put in writing before it applied to a single booking and never applied to a booking already taken.

Your contract for selling on GetYourGuide is between you and GetYourGuide. You hold your own supplier account, you accept their terms yourself, and GetYourGuide pays you directly. RezRoute is named in that account as your reservation system and nothing more. The listing is never ours and the money never passes through us.

What the fee is
None. Connectivity is free for operators on Cyprus Bucket List, on the same terms as Greece.
What it is charged on
Not applicable while connectivity is free. If a charge is ever introduced, it would be put in writing before it applied to any booking.
Fee parity
GetYourGuide requires that the fee charged for sales through its Supplier API does not exceed the fee charged for any other similar sales channel, so this fee cannot be higher for GetYourGuide than elsewhere.

The marketplace

What Cyprus Bucket List is in this picture.

RezRoute does not hold your calendar. It routes a channel request to the marketplace that owns the product, and for operators in Cyprus that marketplace is Cyprus Bucket List. Your availability, your bookings and your customer records stay there, and the seat check that decides whether a channel may sell a seat happens inside that marketplace database rather than in a copy held here.

That is the mechanism behind the claim that two channels cannot sell the same seat. It is not a promise about our diligence, it is a statement about where the transaction happens. How this fails in systems that keep a copy.

Connecting

What it involves at your end.

  1. 01

Your calendar is checked, not moved

Departures, seat counts and closed dates stay in the Cyprus Bucket List portal. There is no second calendar to keep, and nothing is migrated anywhere for the sake of connecting.

  2. 02

    Products are mapped

We match each tour to the identifiers the channel uses, and give you the mapping. If you ask for that mapping at any point, you get it within two business days, which is the standard GetYourGuide sets.

  3. 03

    The channel connection is made

You select RezRoute in your channel account and paste the identifiers we give you.

  4. 04

    Testing, then live

GetYourGuide runs three testing phases before anything sells: initial self-testing, advanced self-testing, and live testing with its Connectivity team. Your products go live at the end of that, not at the start.

The routing model in full, or what happens on each call a channel makes.

Channels

What is available, and what is not yet.

  • Certified by GetYourGuide on 20 October 2026 (Supplier API live test passed); first supplier connected through self-mapping on 21 October 2026.

  • ViatorPlanned

Not started. Viator requires five active engaged operators before development may begin.

RezRoute is built to the GetYourGuide Supplier API specification, and GetYourGuide certified this connection on 20 October 2026. Viator is planned rather than started, because Viator requires a reservation system to have five active engaged operators before development may commence. What that means if Viator is the channel you want.

Scope

What this does not touch.

Your obligations as an operator in Cyprus

Connecting a sales channel does not change what you are required to hold, register or declare in Cyprus, and RezRoute does not advise on any of it. Nothing on this page should be read as a summary of Cypriot licensing, registration or tax rules, because no such summary is published here.

Your relationship with the traveller

A booking made on a channel is served by that channel: it holds the customer relationship, it takes the payment and its cancellation terms are the ones that apply. RezRoute carries the availability and the booking, and nothing else. There is no RezRoute dashboard, no manifest and no point of sale, because this is a connectivity layer rather than a reservation system.

Support

What you can expect when something is wrong.

No response-time guarantee is published here, because a guarantee with nothing behind it is worth less than a plain statement of who answers. Support is by e-mail at connectivity@rezroute.com. No telephone support line is published, and no out-of-hours line is published.

GetYourGuide separately requires a connectivity partner to keep a named technical contact who answers within 24 hours or the next business day. That obligation runs to the channel, and it is one we are built to meet. Contact and support.

Ownership

Tell us which of your tours should be on a channel.

We map the products and handle the connection. If your calendar in the Cyprus Bucket List portal is already accurate, there is very little left for you to do.
